Bryan Hodge

Irvington area musician, Bryan Hodge, is an Indiana-born singer/songwriter.  He has spent most of his life in Indiana, except for a couple of years on the high plains of Colorado.

His interest in music began at age three with a record player and a stack of 45's.  At age thirteen, he taught himself to play on a 1959 Harmony guitar that his father had purchased for him using Green Stamps".

Influenced by 60's pop and 70's folk, his music falls somewhere between the two.

Mr. Hodge has performed all over central Indiana and in Colorado at both large and small venues.

In Spring, 2011, he was featured at the Songwriter Circle in The Irvington Theater.

“Bryan's professionalism and talent are a great addition to the Indy arts scene.  We have had nothing but great results from each performance.”
Shannon Linker, Director of Artist Services Indianapolis Arts Council
April 8, 2011

“Bryan provided music for two open house events for Herron School of Art and Design's Saturday School community arts program.  He was professional and punctual and did a beautiful job filling the atrium of Herron with his authentic sound -- a folk-inspired voice accompanied by his acoustic guitar.  I've always supported live music at events and the integration of musical arts with visual arts and would hire Bryan again.”
Susan Grade, Community Learning Coordinator, Herron School of Art and Design and Contributing Writer - Visual Arts for NUVO Newsweekly
